This is a vintage collectible teddy bear “Priscilla”, “Love Surrounds Our Friendship “ is the title of this adorable design by Priscilla Hillman and was released in 1992.
It is pre owned but in great condition. The bottom has very little discoloration but it is not visible when displayed.
