This is a tiny Easter Egg Ornament measuring a little under 1 inch in size.
The egg has been needle felted from fine Merino wool and has been decorated with an intricate crochet pattern that has been hand crocheted from a lilac colored cotton thread. I used a 0.4 mm crochet hook so tiny it is barely visible to the naked eye.
Once I finished the crocheted work, it was then sewn to the felted egg and I then applied a purple rhinestone in the center of the egg on each side.
It took several hours to create this tiny one-of-a-kind, ornate egg and it is intended for the adult collector or miniature enthusiast.
